I was surprised with the taste sensation it literally was. I thought oh sweet and spicy type of sauce had these before, but honestly this was an amazing range of flavours.

You can tell Brooklyn has put his heart and soul in to these sauces, even down to the packaging. If you like HOT with flavor that isn't just a burn these are your babies. Wonderful product. The design and packaging complements the outstanding natural taste of these sauces. Normally, I find hot sauces to acidic and artificial, Brooklyn and his team have made the perfect hot sauce. I made steak and added the sweet sauce to a home made raspberry sauce, it was a match made for Cloud 23. Superb!

Impressive brand created with care, gorgeous packaging but importantly the sweet jalapeño and the picante of the hot habanero both have complex flavours to make them both a staple for recipes and as condiments on almost every savoury dish. Can’t wait to see what comes next, I’m hooked.
