Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough, softened for 30 minutes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup part skim ricotta
- 2-3 cups part skim shredded mozzarella
- 7-10 slices prosciutto, rolled up
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Handful of baby basil leaves
- Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, to taste
- Hot honey, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Place the ball of pizza dough on the greased baking sheet and add a little olive oil to the dough, rubbing it in until well coated. Using a rolling pin roll the dough out until it is ¼ inch thick. Add a layer of ricotta cheese, then sprinkle on the mozzarella. Add the prosciutto, then bake for about 15 minutes (or until the specified amount on the dough instructions).
Remove from the oven. Top with shredded parmesan cheese, baby basil leaves, hot honey, and Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce and enjoy.
